How to set up and use white label features
Working with customer's website you often present the data from different Sitechecker tools, explain how the work that the team has done, impacts the customer's search metrics and revenue, send PDF reports to customers.
Sitechecker created white-label features to help your turn all these stages of communication with the client into a tool for building trust and credibility. Let's see which types of branding exist in Sitechecker app and how you can set up them.
PDF reports branding
You can add your logo to all PDF reports you download from Sitechecker app.
Available for: Standard, Premium and Enterprise plans.
App interface branding
You can add your own favicon and logo to the Sitechecker app interface.
So, when you will present any data to you customer on online meetings, the customer will see all data with your logo in app header. Below is an example.
Available for: Premium and Enterprise plans.
Pay attention, that images for PDF reports, app logo and favicon should be of different sizes. You can't use one logo for all images successfully.
Custom Sitechecker subdomain or your own domain name
You can set up the branded app using three main paths:
- using Sitechecker subdomain (for example galaxyagency.sitechecker.pro);
- using your website domain name (for example galaxyagency.com);
- creating a specific subdomain on your website domain name (for example app.galaxyagency.com or customers.galaxyagency.com).
In all cases, you need to wait sometime before the custom domain name address start working.

Inviting users to the branded app
You can invite team members or clients to your branded app by email, so they view and manage projects entirely within your subdomain (for example galaxyagency.sitechecker.pro) or your custom domain — with no Sitechecker branding.
How to invite a user
Open the project you want to share and send an invite to the person's email address. They receive an invitation email that carries your white-label logo, your name as the sender, and a link that takes them to your branded domain — not to sitechecker.pro.
The invitation email reads:
Subject: [your email] has invited you to work together on SEO monitoring platform
Body: Hey! [your email] has invited you to monitor website SEO performance of the [project domain] project.
What the invited user sees
When they follow the link, they register directly on your branded domain. The sign-up page shows “Welcome to SEO platform” with no mention of Sitechecker, and registration is by email only. The account is still created and stored securely on Sitechecker infrastructure, so the same login and password work on both your branded domain and sitechecker.pro.
Invited users join as free collaborators focused on your projects. Their interface is streamlined to keep the experience fully white-labeled — pricing, upgrade prompts, the Help Center, extra tools, and project-creation limits are all hidden. Account settings show only the Profile and Alerts and reports tabs.
Notifications for invited users
By default, all product notifications are turned off for invited users. Either the invited user or you, as the owner, can enable them at any time from Alerts and reports. This keeps invited users from receiving unexpected emails before you've decided how notifications should be branded and configured.

Using your custom email in product notification
You can send all Sitechecker notification emails from your own address and sender name, so every message your users receive comes fully branded from you instead of from notifications@sitechecker.pro.
How to set it up
Open your White Label settings and go to the email sender section. The fields start empty — enter the sender name and email address you want your notifications to come from, then complete the setup to verify the address.
Once setup is successful, a confirmation banner appears letting you know that all emails are now being sent from your address.
