How to use Page Tracker tab in AI Visibility
Page Tracker in Sitechecker AI Visibility follows the pages you want AI assistants to cite and shows whether they actually become sources in AI answers.
You add pages from your own site or from other sites where you placed your brand. Page Tracker checks if each page is indexed, how your brand appears on it, and whether AI models cite it for your tracked prompts.

What you can do with Page Tracker
- Track pages you created or updated to win AI citations.
- Track pages on other sites where you placed a mention or a link.
- Group pages with tags by campaign, intent or client.
- Check that each page is indexed and that your brand is on it.
- See which prompts and AI models cite each page, and how this changes over time.
Getting cited by AI often means working with specific pages. You might publish a new guide on your site, get listed on a review site, or add your brand to an article AI already cites.
Page Tracker shows whether this work pays off. For every page you add, Sitechecker checks three things.
It checks whether the page is indexed. A page that is not indexed is unlikely to be cited.
It checks whether your brand is on the page as a mention, a link or both.
It checks whether the page appears as a citation in AI answers to the prompts you track in this project.
Before you start
You need tracked prompts in the project. Page Tracker checks citations only in answers to these prompts. If you have not added any yet, start with the Prompts article.
Make sure your project has the correct brand name, so Sitechecker can find your brand on each page.
Adding pages
Open Page Tracker and add the URLs of the pages you want to follow .
You can add three kinds of pages:
- Pages on your own site that you want AI to cite.
- Pages AI already cites, where you added a mention of your brand or a link to your site.
- New pages on other sites that you created or placed with the goal of becoming a citation.
URLs are saved exactly as you enter them, including any URL parameters.
Add tags to group pages, for example by campaign, intent or client. Tags make it easy to compare how different groups of pages perform.

Page Tracker table
The table shows one row per tracked page. For each page you see its tags, whether it is indexed, and how your brand appears on it.

Use the tag filter to focus on one campaign or group of pages.
Citation details for a page
When a tracked page is cited, you can see the details behind it.
You see which prompts cite the page, how often, and in which AI models. You also see its citation share and how these numbers change over time.
Use this to compare the page's citations with your brand mentions and visibility for the same prompts.

How to use it in practice
- Start with the pages behind your current AI work. Add the guides you published for AI search and the placements you got from outreach. Tag them by campaign.
- Check index status first. If a page is not indexed, fix that before you expect any citations.
- Then check brand presence. If a placement shows no mention or link, follow up with the site owner.
- Give pages a few weeks. Then compare tags to see which campaign or page type earns citations. Put more effort into what works.
- Use the Citations & Domains report to find new target pages. When you get a placement on one of them, add it to Page Tracker.
- For agencies, Page Tracker gives clear proof of outreach results. You can show the client which placements AI now cites and for which questions.
